Refund policy

At FauxFleur, every piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Because of the artisanal nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damages & Defects

We carefully package each order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (outer box, inner packaging, the product, and a close-up of the damage).

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same or similar item (if available),
  • A store credit for the full item value, or
  • A refund to your original payment method.

Notes: Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without photo evidence may not be eligible. Normal variations in color, texture, grain, and natural material character are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin preparing your order quickly, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. If you notice an address error, email us immediately at info@fauxfleur.ca and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped.

Where to Send Approved Returns

Only for returns we’ve expressly approved in writing.

If we request a return, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Timing

Once your return (if requested) is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
